Day by day…
An itinerary which includes all of the main attractions of the Cordillera Blanca and the ascent to the summit – A magnificent trip of moderate difficulty. An exceptional program, open to the general public as a first-time glacier experience or acclimatize oneself to more technically difficult peaks.

Day 1: HUARAZ – PISCO BASE CAMP (4350 M)
On Day 1 we will travel by bus to CebollaPampa, (4100 m.a.s.l.) and then trek to the base camp. Everyone caries his own gear. We will make camp for the night at the base camp.
Altitude Change: +300 meters
Duration: 3 to 4 hours

Day 2: BASE CAMP – MORAINE CAMP (4950)
Day 2, our first day trekking, will be dedicated to our ascent to Moraine Camp, where we will spend the night.
Altitude Change: +500 meters
Duration: 3 to 4 hours

Day 3: CLIMB OF THE PISCO (5752 M )
On Day 3 we will depart early in the morning after a hearty breakfast. We will climb the Pisco for 7 hours. At night we will make camp again at Moraine Camp.
Altitude Change: +1180 meters / -1180 meters
Duration: 7/8 hours

Day 4: MORAINE – HUARAZ
We will return to Cebolla Pampa from Moraine Camp and then we will travel by bus to Huaraz.
Altitude Change: -1050 meters
Duration: 4 hours


Included:
Transport and subsequent transfers from your hotel in Huaraz, Spanish speaking guide (+ 1 assistant if the group is > 8 people), 1 cooker (+ 1 assistant if the group is > 8 people), food during the treks, hiking and mountain equipment (tents, camping equipment, ropes, ice-picks, snow-brushes, first-aid kit), transport of collective equipment to camp 1 (by mules and porters).

Not Included:
International flight; Bus trip Lima-Huaraz; Hotels Huaraz; Entrance fees to national parks and museums in Huaraz; Airport tax ($28 per person); Food purchases in restaurants in Huaraz and in the towns not included in the trek (food costs approximately $8 per person in a good restaurant). Personal equipment is also NOT included, such as a sleeping bag rated to –10˚ C; Mattresses; Hiking/Walking shoes; Helmut with light; Pick; Crampons, etc. These items CAN be rented. Note: Personal insurance is obligatory.
