Ica

Ica was founded by the Spanish in 1563. Situated 50 meters high above the sea level, it escapes the clouds from the coastline. All year long with a blue sky and sunny weather, the city is a flowery oasis, thanks to the river that crosses the valley, the Inca’s canal and the modern irrigation that has been developed. The city has a prosperous industry of wine and Pisco, colonial churches and an excellent museum.
